Eric

2023 - 2026

✨ Eric is remembered through a handmade Chester Drawers picture frame, created with love for my daughter after his sudden passing. I also made and sent her a personalised keyring, created from Eric’s own photo, so she could carry a little piece of him with her wherever she goes. The keyring can be viewed in our shop as an example of how a much-loved photograph can be turned into something small, meaningful and full of love. Eric may have only been here for a short time, but the memories, the laughter and the love he gave will always stay with those who loved him.

My tribute to Eric ❤️

Eric was my daughter’s beautiful French Bulldog, born on 28th August 2023 and sadly taken far too soon on 26th May 2026.

He was only a young lad, and that is what made losing him so heartbreaking. One minute he was full of life, love and character, and then suddenly, over a very hot bank holiday weekend, he passed away in the night. We will never know for certain exactly what happened, but the shock of losing him so suddenly at such a young age was devastating.

Eric was a proper little character. He was loving, funny, full of personality and always ready for a fuss. Once he had your attention, that was it — he wasn’t letting you go easily. He wanted love, he wanted strokes, he wanted to be noticed, and to be honest, that was one of the things I loved most about him.

He had that lovely way dogs have of making themselves part of the family without even trying. He wasn’t just a pet. He was a little companion, a little shadow, a little mate, and a great little man who brought smiles, laughter and love into the lives of the people around him.

His passing was sudden, unfair and far too soon, but the love he gave in his short life will always be remembered. Some souls are only with us for a short time, but they still leave pawprints that stay with us forever.

Rest easy, Eric.
You were loved, you are missed, and you will always be remembered.
